Helping EFL Stundts Cope With Content- Based Texts
The purpose of this article is to propose the use of key visual as a technique to prepare stundents to read content text. Based on a specific Language and content conceptual framework( Mohan 1986), the use of key visuals as a pre- read -ing strategy acknowledges the role of schema theory in the reading process. Throguh this article the writer tries to describe the procedures for the construc - tion and implementatation of key visuals in content classroom.
