Education is an effort done by an adult to others as a mean to create student's adulthood phisically and phsycologically. To achieve this goal, it is highly required an effective instrument so that students show their reaction to positive attitude/ behaviour as expected. By this, the goal of education could be effectively and effeciently achieved. Some instruments used in this education process are reward and punishment. Reward is me instruments used in this education process are reward and punishment. Reward is reaction of education toward student's behavior. By reward, student are expected to repeat and maintain his behaviour happily. In addition to it, punishment is an effective instrument as a reaction to studens "negative behaviour". Further, by punishment, students expected to cease their negative behaviour and change into nderness. Reward is assesment of student while punishment should be vanished as a though instrument in education.
