This study discusses about the filter of instrument point of the lecturers activity assessment through equal appearing interval Thrustone.The filter of instrument points is theoritical trail that has beeb measured by fifty-two researchers. The measurement using median (Md) and interkuartil (Q) have been selected seventy-one points for mastery of material, twenty points for class management indicator, twelve points for communication to the students, five points for discipline and seve points for communication to the students, five points for discipline and seve points for evaluation of the result of students' studies
