All kinds of problems faced by students at school cannot be solved optimally by trading on procedure of teaching learning process in the classroom, but they need to be supported with guidance and administrative education service. Although it is acknowledged that counsling service at school is professionally given by counselor, but it still requires the encouragement of information and the participation of teachers and headmaster.The participation of teachers in this service gets more priority, because the teachers are the closest to their students, especially the propinquity in teaching learning process. Here, the teachers will know more the behaviors of students and the behavioral changes of students, both yhe positive on that can be stimulated and the negative one that can be solved and handled.
