Pakpak Bharat Regency as integral part qf the development of province andrnnational has to foster economic sectors that have economic potential of the region.rnWith such expansion, the regencial government should exploit optimally allrnpotentials and opportunities to support strong and competitive regional economicrndevelopment. Through analysis of LQ, we can know which sectors providedrnbenefits or increase revenue in this area. The data of this study was secondaryrndata. The agricultural sector and building were the basis of Pakpak BharatrnRegency in increasing local revenues. Factors that are predicted as the strength ofrnthe agricultural sector are the natural state and topography that are suitable forrnagriculture. Factors that are predicted as the strength of the building sector arerndynamic developments of a new regency since year 2003.
